Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 25th September, 2009.

Roll Call of Teams.

Brook House (absent note sent with apologies), Barclays and Horbury Cons were not represented.

Minutes of Last Meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting having been circulated were taken as a true record, proposed by Middlestown WMC and seconded by Hanging Heaton WMC.

Secretaries Report.

The secretary was pleased to report that, thanks to the fantastic effort of Andy Westle, the new internet site was now up and working. All results and up to date league tables can be found on www.ossettsnooker.co.uk. In order to save money these minutes will no longer be posted but should be printed from the internet site.

In addition to these unpaid fees the league is still awaiting payment from Hanging Heaton C.C. (P2).

Competitions Secretary's Report.

All entry forms for this year’s individual handicap should have been returned to the meeting and the first round draw will appear on the internet and this should be printed and displayed by all clubs.

All delegates were given entry forms for the pairs handicap and Individual and pairs scratch competitions. These should be returned to the October meeting.
