Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 20th March, 2009.

Roll Call of Teams.

Horbury WMC was not represented.

Minutes of Meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting having been circulated were taken as a true record, proposed by Eastborough WMC and seconded by Hanging Heaton WMC.

Secretaries Report.

The Secretary reported that this season had been very poor with regards to clubs posting result cards. A lot of time has been wasted ringing clubs for missing results. Please ask all team captains to take responsibility for posting their own result cards and not give them to opposing captain.

Competitions Secretary's Report.

Please see competition web page for competition draws to be completed as soon as possible. Phone results to secretary. Team knockout final will be at Ossett Cricket Club Tuesday 31st March.

Any Other Business.

Please return trophies as soon as possible to Earlsheaton Con Club or Tony Bullock. Any Clubs wanting vouchers and not trophies please inform Tony ASAP.
