Delegates Meeting, January 27th 2012

Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 27th January, 2012.

Roll Call of Teams.

Thornhill Edge were not represented and will now receive a 3 point deduction for both teams.

Minutes of Last Meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting have been circulated and are taken as a true record proposed by Horbury W.M.C. and seconded by Middlestown W.M.C.

Secretary's Report.

All delegates were given an up-to-date league table and a list of re-handicapped league players.

Bob Greaves was congratulated on getting a 100 break in the previous weeks's game.

Wrenthorpe W.M.C. delegate reported that with immediate effect all their games will be played at Alverthorpe W.M.C.

Heckmondwike B.C. reported that they would not be entering a team next season. This would leave the league with 54 teams. All clubs were asked if they were interested in entering any more teams.

A.Taylor from Earlsheaton Cons should be handicapped at +11, not +7 as previously stated.

Competitions Secretary's Report.

Draws for all ongoing competitions can be found on the internet. All clubs still participating will receive draws in the post.

Any Other Business.

All trophies should be returned to the February Meeting.

This year's presentation night will be at Hanging Heaton W.M.C. on Friday June 15th.
