Delegates Meeting, November 25th 2011

Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 25th November, 2011.

Roll Call of Teams.

Horbury W.M.C. and Wrenthorpe W.M.C. Dewsbury I.N. and White Rose were not represented. Dewsbury I.N. will now receive a 3 point deduction, and White Rose , a 6 point deduction.

Minutes of Last Meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting have been circulated and are taken as a true record proposed by Westborough and seconded by Middlestown.

Secretary's Report.

Delegates were reminded about Rule 7, regarding results cards. No immediate action will be taken about the following missing results, 31st October, section B. Dewsbury & Savile V Thornhill Edge. 21st November. Section P. St Michaels V Earlsheaton Central 2.

Competitions Secretary's Report.

Results for all matches in all competitions have been decided. Clubs still involved will receive relevant draws with these minutes.

Congratulations to Antony Hebblethwaite for a break of 106 in the team knock out.

Any Other Business.

Delegates were asked if White Rose could be given an amnesty regarding meeting attendance. It was decided that one meeting per month should not be a problem as any one of six players should be able to attend.

The committee received applications from Earlsheaton Central and Hanging Heaton W.M.C. to hold the presentation night, a decision will be taken at the next meeting.
