Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 25th March, 2011.

Roll Call of Teams.

Batley Carr, Heckmondwike Bowling, Westborough and Tingley were not represented.

Minutes of Last Meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting have been circulated and are taken as a true record proposed by Hanging Heaton W.M.C. and seconded by Horbury W.M.C..

Secretary's Report.

The league season is now completed and delegates were given the draw for the play offs.

Competitions Secretary's Report.

The draw was made for the semi finals of the individuals handicap and venues were arranged for the pairs scratch final and the individuals handicap final.

Any Other Business.

The delegates were asked if 4 players from Hanging Heaton Cricket could move to Gawthorpe Cons and retain their premier league status as Gawthorpe Cons. The majority vote was that if Hanging Heaton Cricket wanted to keep their premier team with the remaining players then the Gawthorpe Cons team would have to remain in the C section.

Team sheets and entry fees should be brought to Earlsheaton Cons on or before Friday 22nd April between 7.30 and 9.00 p.m.

The presentation night will be at Ossett Central W.M.C on Monday 16th May.
