Delegates Meeting, February 25th 2011

Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 25th February, 2011.

Roll Call of Teams.

Batley Carr, Ossett Central and White Rose were not represented. Horbury Libs were not represented and will now receive a 6 point deduction. Upper Hopton were not represented and will now receive a 3 point deduction.

Minutes of Last Meeting.

The minutes of the meeting have been circulated and are taken as a true record proposed by Middlestown and seconded by Westborough.

Secretary's Report.

Delegates were given a league entry form for next season. These should be returned to Earlsheaton Cons on Friday 22nd April between 7.30pm and 9.00pm. or to the secretary before that date.

Delegates were reminded that the same player cannot play twice in one match. If this happens the result of the first frame will stand but the second will be 147-nil to the opposing team.

Competitions Secretary's Report.

Please ensure that all result cards are sent as soon as possible after the last frame to ensure the play offs can be set up. The first play off match will be Monday 28th.
