Minutes of the meeting held Friday, 26th February, 2010.

Roll Call of Teams.

Hanging Heaton Cricket and White Rose S.C. were not represented and will now receive a 3 point deduction. Horbury Libs and Thornhill Edge were also not represented.

Minutes of Last Meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting have been circulated and are taken as a true record proposed by Middlestown WMC and seconded by Westborough Ratepayers.

Secretaries Report.

The secretary reported that G.Moore of Hanging Heaton Golf Club has been playing off a handicap of 10 as printed in the handbook instead of his correct mark of -1 as on the internet site. The delegates voted that he should remain on 10 until the end of the season and that no penalty should be incurred.

Competitions Secretary's Report.

All competition sheets will be sent to relevant clubs as soon as possible and should appear on the internet by Monday.

Any Other Business.

The delegates voted that presentation night should be on a Friday. The A.G.M. has been provisionally arranged for Friday 11th June.
